Shipping

  • Orders typically (In-stock items) take 2-3 days to process. Sometimes orders ship same-day, but we cannot guarantee this. Custom items may take longer to process.
  • We do not ship on weekends except in some cases where we may ship on weekends due to peak holiday demands. 
  • Note that some of our products may go on backorder from time to time If an item is on backorder from our supplier, and that we do not have control over the timing of backorder dates.
  • ALL returns are the responsibility of the purchases.  Shipping must be purchased and it is recommended that you purchase tracking & insurance.  No refund will be given on items not returned or returned damaged. No refund or exchanges on Sale Items.
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEE AND TAXES: For those products we do ship internationally, Customs processes and charges (outside of the United States) vary from country to country. We cannot predict what your country will charge you for customs fees, if any. This is a potential inconvenience that we cannot share with you. Please make yourself aware of your government's taxes, duties, customs fees and importing rules.
